Seeking to provide a clearer understanding of the issues surrounding women returning to the workplace, The Coaching Alliance undertook a major research study, taking in both the business and the individual perspective.

In depth interviews with HR professionals and individual returners identified that for both parties, good communication was the key to a successful return to work.

From this research The Coaching Alliance has developed a unique Women Returners Programme, which supports both the business and the individual through the re-induction period to create a productive and sustained return to the workplace.
