MENTORING

What is Mentoring?
Mentoring is different from coaching. A mentor shares experiences, in order that the mentee can benefit from the successes and learn from the mistakes of the mentor, and thus fast-track their own development. Having previously been in a similar situation they have already learnt the hard way, through doing.

Mentoring in-house coaches
We provide mentoring and coaching supervision to your in-house coaches.

In-house coaches are fast becoming an integral part of the training and development strategy for many organisations.  Coaches are usually trained by an external coach training organisation and initially supported until their reach an accepted basic standard of skill.

Coaching is a valuable and influential tool within your organisation.  It is imparative that you continue to ensure that your coaches maintain these standards and, ideally, continue to develop their coaching skills.

We share our skills, tools and experience with your in-house coaches through our mentoring programme, giving them the opportunity to explore challenging coaching situations and enhance their skills.  We provide supervision by observing your in-house coaches during a real session and giving them valuable feedback and input.
